Dropped Class:When dropping, Adding, or Swapping classes you MUST fill out an ADD Drop form at the front desk. We will continue to charge your account for two months until you fill out a class drop form. If you completely disenroll there will be a new registration fee to reenroll. This will allow us to forecast teaching staff.

Private Lessons: We schedule all private lessons through the front desk. Payment is at the posted rate per teacher.

Communication

In our attempt to do our part for the environment, we communicate primarily through the Internet. Please ensure that your email address is kept up to date with our front desk and let us know if you stop receiving email messages (you should see something almost every week). We also use our website to keep current rehearsal schedules, new information and these policies on line, up to date, and convenient. Please let us know if you do not have internet access so that we can ensure alternate means of communication. Please coordinate for a specific time to discuss student issues with the teacher. Stopping them before or after a class, delays the start of that or the next class.

Thank you for choosing the Center Pointe Dance family for your dance education! We look forward to watching your dancer grow!
