About Center Pointe Dance
Established in 2003, Center Pointe Dance is owned and operated by Kim Lindsey.  Center Pointe Dance is a dance studio, which cultivates a friendly, family community while also offering a healthy dance environment. The Center Pointe Dance instructors are enthusiastically committed to helping children and young adults progress as dancers and grow as individuals.

Community Outreach and Performances
Each year, Center Pointe Dance spends many hours and efforts supporting the Ahwatukee Kiwanis Club Easter Parade and Spring Fling.  Every winter, Center Pointe hosts “Holly Day”, a Dance Performance that raises proceeds for the AZ Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts.  Additionally, the Center Pointe Dance Company performs at various events throughout the year including community arts festivals, local dance celebrations and regional and national dance competitions.

Teaching Philosophy
The staff at Center Pointe Dance is devoted to teaching proper injury prevention methods as well as age appropriate dance technique and choreography, in order to respectfully acknowledge the historical roots of dance while also preserving dance and sharing it as an art form.

Dance Facility
Center Pointe features three full size dance studios.  Spaces include full-mirrored walls, mounted and freestanding ballet barres, state-of-the-art music systems and marley floor atop floating hardwood.  In addition to its large studio spaces, each studio allows outside viewers to observe classes with one-way mirrors & remote video viewing.
